Unlike your traditional DSO model, our owners maintain complete control and clinical autonomy as they continue to run their offices as they see fit. The compensation package varies by practice but typically includes a combination of the following:

• $200,000 - $300,000+ annual earning potential (based on location)
• Daily guarantee
• Additional production bonuses
• Sign-on or relocation bonuses
• Health and supplemental insurance, including 401k
