Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years of marketing experience required.
  • Must have healthcare/dental industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in both Google Ads and Facebook Ads is a must
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Excel is preferred
  • Experience with agency marketing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and review marketing data, including customer insights and web behavior trends, to understand audience preferences and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of ongoing digital campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and measurement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create compelling dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track campaign performance, website metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, leveraging these insights to refine and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management, clients, shareholders, and colleagues to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Adapt to evolving market trends and feedback, improving future campaigns and marketing strategies.
