Responsibilities 

• Coordinate with attorneys, title companies, and brokers to ensure timely completion of real estate deals.
• Lead in preparing, reviewing, editing, and negotiating legal documentation with supervision by in-house attorneys.
• Contact and negotiate with third parties as needed.
• Abstract and summarize the material terms of contracts (including declarations, covenants, leases, and other property-related documents).
• Develop professional relationships with resources within and outside the Company, which are vital to fulfilling job assignments and facilitating information gathering and research goals.

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in a legal administrative role, preferably in real estate law or within a real estate-focused firm.
• Solid understanding of real estate terminology, legal contracts, and the transaction process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
