Responsibilities 

• Conduct clinical chart audits for our affiliated providers to determine compliance with Medicaid and other payers
• Read and analyze EOBs and adjust them according to our claims processing criteria
• Send appeals to insurance carriers to justify why dental treatment should be paid
• Audit accounts to ensure proper fees are posted 
• Communicate issues and suggestions to improve processes

Our ideal candidate will have the following

• 3+ years of dental front desk or RDA experience
• Experience in Pediatric dentistry is a plus
• Prior billing and/or auditing experience
• Familiarity with dental program software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.)
• An understanding of dental terminology
