Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office
  • Supervise front desk and administrative staff
  • Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Monitor and improve office workflows for efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, performance reviews, and team meetings
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and the front office

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in dental office management (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Dentrix dental software
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
