Cornerstone Dental - Beaumont seeks a dependable, friendly, and experienced Office Manager to lead our well-established, modern dental practice. For over 50 years, we’ve built a strong reputation in the Beaumont community by delivering outstanding care to generations of patients, including many high-profile individuals. As our long-time Office Manager prepares for retirement after 15 exceptional years, we’re looking for someone who can step confidently into this pivotal leadership role.

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • 4 to 4.5 days per week

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional patient service

  • Lead, mentor, and support both front office and clinical team members

  • Manage patient scheduling, billing, and communication with accuracy and professionalism

  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance workflow

  • Resolve patient and staff concerns with empathy, discretion, and confidence

  • Handle financial duties, including staff and doctor payroll, and prepare bank deposits

Qualifications

  • Background in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field

  • Proficiency in dental management software preferred (Eaglesoft experience is a plus)

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
