About the Role:
As our Patient Coordinator, you'll be the patients' first and last impression—both over the phone and in person. You will oversee patient scheduling, support daily front office operations, and ensure our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, friendly, organized, and understands dental office protocols.
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
- Office Hours:
- Monday & Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and check patients in and out with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones promptly and manage voicemail, emails, and text inquiries
- Manage and optimize the practice schedule to ensure full days
- Collect co-pays, deposits, and post over-the-counter payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, including medical history and consent forms
- Confirm appointments and manage continuing care recalls
- Track new patient referrals and coordinate lab cases
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure a clean and welcoming waiting area
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans to patients (as needed)
- Verify insurance (as needed)
- Manage online reviews and patient feedback
- Review next-day schedules and complete the end-of-day checklist
- Scan and organize patient paperwork and documents
- Coordinate X-rays with patients and specialists

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office role
