Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in General/Cosmetic Dentistry (10+ years preferred)
• Proficient with Dentrix and Dexis
• Experience with CBCT imaging (not required)
• Skilled in fabricating multi-unit provisionals (temporaries)
• Proficiency with iTero scanning
• Experience in Endo, Perio, and Invisalign procedures
• Previous lead assistant experience in a fast-paced, multi-doctor/multi-hygienist, progressive cosmetic or general practice is strongly preferred
• Minimum typing speed of 60–70 WPM
• Must be a self-starter and team player
• Comfortable working in a rapidly growing, change-oriented environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - ability to work well with others
• Open to ongoing training, CE courses, and progressive implementation of ongoing training
• Crown milling experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
