MB2 Dental is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Traveling Regional Orthodontic Manager to oversee operations across multiple orthodontic practices throughout the South Texas region. This leadership role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring clinical excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. ** This is a remote position that will require travel up to 80% of the time. Must reside in the Robstown, Corpus Christi, Victoria, or El Campo areas to be considered. **

 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Ortho Program for 4-5 offices.

  • Handling all treatment plans with patients.

  • Partnering with Orthodontists and the Director of Operations at each office.

  • Scheduling patients, confirming patients, and keeping Ortho days full.

  • Auditing patient accounts.

  • Reviewing A/R for patients and collecting from patients.

  • Traveling each month from office to office.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Orthodontic experience is required.
  • Must have the ability to travel.
  • Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
