We’re looking for a Patient Relations & Digital Marketing Coordinator who shares these values — someone who’s warm and professional at the front desk and equally confident creating engaging digital content. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels in client service and possesses a creative eye for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Client Relations
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Check-in/check-out patients, manage appointments, and answer phone and email inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front office environment
- Manage intake forms, consent, and ensure smooth patient flow
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and post original content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, treatment highlights, and educational content (with patient consent)
- Build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting services, events, and specials
- Respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms
- Comfortable using email/text platforms
- Basic Canva or content creation experience
- Video editing or digital ad experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, friendly demeanor
- Organized, dependable, and proactive—can balance multiple tasks with ease
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or graphic tools is a plus
- Experience with orthodontic practice management software is a bonus
