We’re looking for a Patient Relations & Digital Marketing Coordinator who shares these values — someone who’s warm and professional at the front desk and equally confident creating engaging digital content. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels in client service and possesses a creative eye for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Front Desk & Client Relations
  • Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional first impression
  • Check-in/check-out patients, manage appointments, and answer phone and email inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front office environment
  • Manage intake forms, consent, and ensure smooth patient flow
• Digital Marketing & Social Media
  • Create and post original content to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, treatment highlights, and educational content (with patient consent)
  • Build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting services, events, and specials
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and online reviews

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Comfortable using email/text platforms
• Basic Canva or content creation experience
• Video editing or digital ad experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, friendly demeanor
• Organized, dependable, and proactive—can balance multiple tasks with ease
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or graphic tools is a plus
• Experience with orthodontic practice management software is a bonus
