Compensation: $22-25 per hour based on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately to patients
  • Review financial options, including insurance benefits, third-party financing, and payment plans
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments to maximize case acceptance and provider efficiency
  • Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain accurate records in dental software (EagleSoft)
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed (check-in/out, phone calls, insurance verification)

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical front office setting (required)
  • Prior experience in treatment coordination or case presentation (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software, preferably Eaglesoft
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance billing
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to patient care
