Position: Treatment Coordinator

In this vital role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between our patients and the orthodontic team—providing guidance, education, and support throughout every step of the treatment journey. Your strong communication skills and upbeat personality will help patients feel informed, confident, and cared for.

Compensation: $24-26 per hour, plus TC structured start bonus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday (will vary based on doctor days), 9am-5pm
• One Saturday a month, 8am-1pm

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior dental or Orthodontic treatment coordinating experience is preferred
• Ability to use iTero scanner and take pano/pictures for consults
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of Ortho II or Ortho Edge AND OrthoFi software
