This position is responsible for real-time coding all correspondence received through the lockbox and saving and creating Issuetrak tickets for Medicaid Explanation Remittance Advice.

Responsibilities:

• Downloading Medicaid Remittance Advice (RA) from web portals.
• Saving Medicaid RA in corresponding folders.
• Creating Issuetrak tickets for each RA.
• Coding all insurance checks and correspondences received in the Chase lockbox.
• Redirect any correspondence received in the lockbox to the appropriate department.
• Generate a report daily to verify all checks and correspondences have been coded with a facility ID.
• Other clerical duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Accurate typing and data entry abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
