Triad Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate to join our fun, fast-paced, family-focused pediatric dental practice in Greensboro, NC! Our ideal Front Desk Associate brings great energy, strong experience, and a love of working with kids! Compensation:

• $19 - $21 an hour based on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunities

Our perfect candidate:

• Experienced in pediatric dentistry (required)
• Have Dental Assisting knowledge
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Comfortable with treatment planning and discussing procedures with parents
• Skilled in insurance verification, breakdown, and claims (a big plus!)
• Friendly, organized, and a true team player who thrives in a dynamic environment

What you’ll do:

• Greet and check in/out our amazing patients and their families
• Coordinate appointments and manage the schedule efficiently
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with treatment plan presentations and insurance questions
• Help keep our front office running like a well-oiled machine
