Job Summary

As a Dental Hygienist at Conte Dentistry, you will play a key role in maintaining our patients' oral health. You will perform a range of clinical procedures, including cleanings, exams, and patient education. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Patient Cleanings: Perform thorough teeth cleanings, including scaling and polishing.
• Examine and Assess: Take and interpret X-rays and assess the condition of patients’ oral health.
• Educate Patients: Provide patients with guidance on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Maintain Records: Accurately document patient care, treatments, and observations.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with dentists and other staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure Safety: Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Handle Equipment: Manage dental instruments and equipment with precision and care.

Qualifications

• Dental Hygiene License: Valid state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Software: Experience with Dentrix software is a plus
• Experience: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and patient comfort.
• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Office Hours:
  • Monday 7am – 6pm
  • Tuesday 7am – 5pm
  • Wednesday 7am – 12pm
  • Thursday 7am – 4pm
  • Fridays - Closed
