We are looking for a high-performing Implant Sales Rep/Treatment Coordinator to help patients begin and complete life-changing implant and denture treatment. This role is not a passive “order taker.” It is a sales and relationship role: you will guide patients through one of the most important decisions of their lives, build trust quickly, and help them confidently move forward with care.
The right candidate thrives on connection, closes with integrity, and never compromises on patient experience.
What You’ll Do
- Case Acceptance – You consistently achieve personal and office case acceptance goals. You are the closer who converts consultations into starts, ensuring patients say “yes” to treatment
- Revenue Growth – You directly drive office production through strong case conversion. You know your numbers, track them daily, and move them upward
- Patient Experience – Patients feel cared for, respected, and supported from first consult through treatment completion. You anticipate concerns, follow up relentlessly, and reduce cancellations
- Seamless Execution – You keep cases moving. Financials are clear, paperwork is accurate, CRM notes are clean, and scheduling stays tight
- Team Collaboration – You partner with doctors, assistants, and the front desk to make the patient journey smooth and stress-free
What Winning Looks Like
- Case acceptance rate: 65–75%+ of presented full-arch cases
- Speed to follow-up: All new leads contacted the same day, with daily touchpoints until resolution
- Patient satisfaction: Measured by low cancellations, high completion rates, and direct patient feedback
- Accuracy: 100% of financial arrangements and CRM notes documented correctly
- Reliability: You own your pipeline—no patient ever feels lost, forgotten, or confused
What We Value
- Sales Mastery with Heart – You can handle objections and present financing with confidence, but patients never feel pressured—only supported
- Extreme Ownership – You don’t wait for others; you drive outcomes, solve problems, and own the result
- Professionalism – Every patient interaction reflects excellence, clarity, and care
- Team Orientation – You respect clinical standards and collaborate seamlessly with the team
Qualifications
- Proven success in high-ticket sales (dental, medical, elective surgery, automotive, etc.)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort presenting financial arrangements and guiding patients through decisions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and relentless in follow-up
- Performance-driven—motivated by goals, accountability, and bonuses
Compensation
- Competitive base pay
- Performance-based bonuses tied directly to office production
- Clear scorecard so you always know where you stand
This role is for you if: you are energized by helping people make life-changing decisions, love owning a number, and can balance sales drive with genuine care.
