Responsibilities

• Insurance: Verifying benefits, sending claims and preauthorizations, entering insurance payments, checking on outstanding claims and preauthorizations
• Financial: Verifying transactions and locating related insurance EOBs, submitting vendor invoices, monthly expense report, CareCredit processing, auditing overdue accounts, sending statements, and submitting payroll
• Office Manager duties: attending to staff, approving PTO, assisting with hiring, and auditing staff notes, light social media duties, annual business taxes, and licensing

Qualifications 

• Prior hands-on dental office management experience is required

• Experience with treatment planning and presentation
• Prior back office experience is a plus

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 

• Familiarity with Eaglesoft software, Weave, Outlook, and Microsoft Office is preferred
