We seek a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to help manage and grow our in-house pediatric oral surgery program while supporting our Central Park West location with daily front desk responsibilities.

About the Role
As the Oral Surgery Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between families, our board-certified pediatric oral surgeon, and our anesthesia partners. You will guide families through the treatment process—from consultation to surgery completion—ensuring a smooth, supportive experience. When our oral surgeon is not in the office, you will work at our Central Park West location as part of our front desk team. This includes answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the oral surgery program, including scheduling consultations, scheduling procedures, collecting deposits, reviewing cost of care, and post op follow ups
  • Serve as the main point of contact for families and the oral surgeon, maintaining clear communication and support throughout the treatment process
  • Collaborate with anesthesia partners to schedule and coordinate surgical cases
  • Support daily office operations at our Central Park West location, including patient check-in/out, phone management, and appointment scheduling
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our oral surgery program in the community

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous dental office experience required (oral surgery experience a plus, but not required) (At least 1 year)
  • A team player with initiative, drive, and a desire to help families receive the highest quality care
