MB2 Dental, a trailblazing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and headquartered in Carrollton, TX, is seeking an SEO Content Manager to join our dynamic team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while taking ownership of various key responsibilities.

 

The SEO Content Manager will serve as the bridge between technical SEO execution and creative content strategy. This role requires a strong foundational understanding of SEO best practices, with the ability to manage day-to-day SEO operations, as well as plan, write, and optimize content that drives organic growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative — able to read data and turn it into actionable strategies while also developing compelling content that resonates with users, search engines, and answer engines alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility across the MB2 Dental brand website and the Carabelli Club website.
    • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and areas for optimization.
    • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site performance.
    • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture.
  • Content Planning & Creation
    • Plan, write, and optimize SEO-driven content for blogs, service pages, and other website assets.
    • Create and structure content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven search results.
    • Collaborate with the brand and content teams to align SEO goals with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
    • Create and deliver regular reports on traffic, rankings, and content performance with actionable insights.
    • Track and manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles and local citations.
  • Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement
    • • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices (including AEO/GEO).
    • • Provide recommendations to improve organic visibility, user engagement, and conversions.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of SEO experience with exposure to both technical SEO and content marketing.
  • Solid understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing content for SEO and AEO (featured snippets, voice search, AI search results).
  • Foundational knowledge of technical SEO concepts (site speed, schema, indexation, crawlability).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for both user experience and SEO.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
