
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our insurance operations, ensuring accuracy in patient coverage, and serving as a vital link between patients, insurance providers, and our internal teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20 per hour

Responsibilities
Verify patients’ insurance information prior to appointments.
Follow up on accounts with missing details by communicating with insurance companies or patients’ parents/guardians.
Support the Insurance Team by managing, tracking, and completing incoming emails, phone calls, and faxes.
Generate, review, and process reports as needed.
Coordinate dental plan benefits and coverage for upcoming patient appointments.
Document clear, detailed notes to assist team members across departments and maintain transparent communication with patients.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
