As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our doctors and families, helping parents understand treatment plans, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and explaining treatment plans and financial options to parents
• Coordinating appointments and follow-up care
• Verifying insurance benefits and processing claims
• Maintaining accurate patient records and communication logs
• Creating a warm, supportive experience for every family

• Has excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enjoys working with children and families
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Has dental office or treatment coordination experience (pediatric experience a plus!)
