Dr. Waite & Associates is a thriving private practice located at Mercy Hospital St. Louis, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who enjoys working with a talented, compassionate team to produce positive results! You’ll play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, closed every other Friday)

• Office Hours:

  • Alternating weeks: Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Closed Friday)

  • Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

• Pay Range: $20 - $25/hour

• Bonus: Monthly production and collection bonuses

Qualifications

• 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred 

• Knowledge of chairside assisting, dental terminology, and infection control

• Familiar with HIPAA, Dentrix, X-ray, and digital scanning

• Strong communication skills and professional grammar

• Patient assessment, documentation, and CDT coding experience is a plus
