Archstone Dental & Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This position is based in our Granbury, TX location and may occasionally require travel to assist at our sister offices in West Fort Worth and Weatherford.

We are a family-friendly, patient-focused practice that provides comprehensive dental care using state-of-the-art technology and modern techniques. The Lead RDA plays a key role in supporting the dentist during clinical procedures, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a high standard of care. In this leadership position, you’ll guide and mentor the clinical team, manage back-office operations, oversee inventory, and ensure compliance with all sterilization and safety protocols.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday - Friday

• Office Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of lead dental assisting experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

• Radiology certification required

• Dentrix software experience required

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required)

• Willingness to travel occasionally to assist at sister locations
