Gulfside Dental & Orthodontics is searching for a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Port Arthur, TX. We are a full-service dental practice that takes pride in our patient experience. Qualifications

• Valid RDA license as required by the state
• 1+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience
• Experience assisting the dentist
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Familiarity with Dentrix software
• Knowledge of dental procedures terminology, instruments, sterilization techniques (OSHA compliance), infection control protocols, and taking dental impressions/X-rays
• Strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills
• Effectively able to coordinate with the dental team
• The ability to work precisely with instruments in a small space and follow detailed instructions is essential
