Qualifications 

• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting or a customer service role
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Bilingual is required - preferrably in Madarin and/or Cantonese
• Ability to multitask, work in/adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency
• Team player
