Smiles4OC is a private dental practice located in Costa Mesa, CA, operating out of a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Our doctor has been serving the community for over 20 years, supported by a long-term, dedicated professional staff. We are widely respected for the high quality of care we provide, and we foster a fun and positive environment for both patients and team members.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
- Office Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Every other Friday, the office is closed
Compensation
- $27-$40 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain a complete and organized daily hygiene schedule
- Follow up on broken or cancelled appointments
- Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
- Post treatment and estimate insurance benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Perform clerical and administrative duties
- Cross-train in all aspects of the front office
Qualifications
- Dental front office experience preferred (recent graduates welcome)
- Dentrix software experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong professionalism and communication skills
- Customer service-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
