Smiles4OC is seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our exceptional team of dental professionals! Our patients rely on our front office to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience, from scheduling care to answering questions and coordinating treatment. Our doctor has been serving the community for over 20 years, supported by a long-term, dedicated professional staff. We are widely respected for the high quality of care we provide, and we foster a fun and positive environment for both patients and team members.

Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday
  • Office Hours:
    • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Every other Friday, the office is closed
Compensation
  • $27-$40 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments 
  • Maintain a complete and organized daily hygiene schedule
  • Follow up on broken or cancelled appointments
  • Greet patients and provide an exceptional front-office experience
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
  • Post treatment and estimate insurance benefits
  • Communicate with insurance companies
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties
  • Cross-train in all aspects of the front office
Qualifications
  • Dental front office experience preferred (recent graduates welcome)
  • Dentrix software experience preferred
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills
  • Customer service-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
