Position Summary

Delivers predictable, high-quality four-handed support for implant, cosmetic, and digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong support with Four-handed dentistry in restorative procedures and implant placements, oral surgery, and composite bonding
• Acquire and process digital radiographs and intraoral scans; assist with Chairside CAD/CAM
• Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations; manage instrument setup and sterilization
• Educate patients on existing oral disease, treatment recommendations, digital workflows, and post-operative care
• Assisting a hygienist
• Patient education
• Handing off patients to doctors and the front office team

Qualifications

• Active RDA license and current CPR certification
• 1-2 years of experience in implant, cosmetic, and digital dentistry environments (not a must, but desirable)
• Bilingual is preferred
• Proficiency with digital scanners (iTero) and CAD systems (3D printers)
• Strong initiative, consistency, calm under pressure, one-team mentality
• Great communication skills
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Positive Attitude is a MUST
• Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology
• Knowledge of Dentrix sfotware
