Green Orthodontics is seeking a warm, upbeat, and highly organized Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing team! This role is known as the “face of the office”; you’ll be the first person our patients meet and the last person they see when they leave. Creating a five-star, wow-worthy experience at every visit is at the heart of this position.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday

  • Every other Tuesday and Thursday is a half day on a rotation

  • Office Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming first impression and friendly farewell for every patient

  • Answer multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments with confidence and accuracy

  • Provide outstanding customer service and personalized patient interactions

  • Process payments and manage front office administrative tasks

  • Handle mail and general office correspondence

  • Maintain accurate records using strong computer and keyboarding skills

  • Support daily office flow while collaborating closely with the team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required

  • Prior customer service and administrative experience is highly preferred

  • College education or prior medical/dental office experience strongly preferred

  • Proficient in written and spoken English

  • Keyboarding speed of at least 40 WPM (covered keyboard test required)

  • Naturally outgoing, warm, and upbeat personality
  • Strong customer service mindset with a genuine love for helping people
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true team player who values collaboration and positivity
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed patient expectations
