Hygienists on our production-based model typically earn $60–$75+ per hour, with top performers exceeding $100/hour. Compensation includes the higher of a guaranteed daily rate or 30% adjusted production, providing both stability and earning potential.

Our structured onboarding and mentorship program helps ease the transition from school to clinical practice. New hygienists begin with a reduced schedule and receive hands-on support from experienced team members while building confidence and refining clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
- Conduct periodontal assessments and document findings accurately
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and healthy habits
- Take digital radiographs
- Partner closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
