All-in-One Dental Innovations is seeking a strategic and growth-driven Front Office Lead to join our dedicated team of dental professionals. We are committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience from start to finish, and this role plays a critical part in both operational leadership and production growth.

 

In this position, our goal is to strengthen our treatment presentation process and improve case acceptance while maintaining consistent front office leadership and workflow oversight. Unlike a traditional Treatment Coordinator role that focuses primarily on case presentation and patient financial discussions, our Front Office Lead balances treatment coordination excellence with broader leadership responsibilities, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and alignment across the entire front office.

 

We are looking for a forward-thinking, long-term leader who can elevate our office by leveraging technology to streamline operations and embracing AI as a powerful tool to enhance efficiency, excellence, and the overall patient experience. The ideal candidate is positive, growth-oriented, and confident in driving systems that improve communication, increase treatment conversion, and support measurable production growth.

Compensation: $28-$32 per hour, based on experience

 

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Some Saturdays

Qualifications

  • Prior Front Office Lead experience, preferably in a dental setting, is required

  • Strong experience in treatment presentation and improving case acceptance

  • Proven ability to oversee front office workflow and support operational consistency

  • Experience with customer service, AI, and marketing is preferred

  • Knowledge of Open Dental software
