This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of a key role that blends treatment coordination, financial guidance, and front office leadership. You’ll play an essential part in ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident in their care.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Tuesday – Thursday

What You’ll Do

• Present treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Guide patients through financial options and help them make informed decisions
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize efficiency and patient flow
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless daily operations
• Manage insurance verification, billing, and collections accurately
• Deliver a consistently outstanding patient experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of dental front office experience (Treatment Coordinator experience required)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processes
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-first approach
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
• Experience with Curve Dental is a plus
