Lead Dentist and Immediate Ownership Opportunity in Washington!

MB2 Dental is seeking to partner with an experienced dentist at an affiliated practice in Washington. This position will provide you with the opportunity to run & lead your own practice, with the backend support of the premier DPO in the country, MB2 Dental.

Job Summary

• Well-established profitable practice with a healthy patient base and high EBITDA
• $350,000+ annual earning potential (daily chairside income combined with monthly distributions on collections)
• Other investment opportunities within MB2 Dental
• Variety of CE courses to choose from

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• MUST have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
• Strong customer service, patient experience, and communication skills
