Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for general procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and endodontics
- Efficient operatory turnover while maintaining strict infection control standards
- Take high-quality, diagnostic radiographs consistently
- Assist in managing daily flow between hygiene and doctor columns
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked, organized, and ready at all times
- Support same-day treatment by being proactive and prepared
- Provide clear patient education and post-op instructions
- Accurately complete clinical notes as directed by the provider
- Assist with impressions, temporaries, and digital scanning as needed

Qualifications
- Required:
- Active RDA License
- 1+ years of prior hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- X-ray certification
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
Preferred:
Experience with Eaglesoft
Familiarity with digital scanners (iTero or similar)
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-provider office
