While each oppotunity is unique to the locaiton and community you'll be working in, here are some general highlights and considerations about being an oral surgeon in a MB2 Dental partnered practice

• Full time associateship roles in OMFS practices, general dentistry, or multispecialty practices
• Full time roles with a path to partnership (practice level equity)
• Part time roles in general, oral surgery, and multispecialty locations
• Highly sophisticated Payer Strategy department that delivers favorable fee schedules for our partnered practices that choose to accept insurance
• Comprehensive benefits package for full time employees 

Requirements & Considerations

• Completion or active participation in an United States based residency program
• Ability to legally work in the United States
• Compensation: variable based on the role, full time can expect to earn $500,000+ per year
