• Previous experience in a dental office or sterilization role preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental instruments and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
