Key Responsibilities
New Patient Experience
- Answer phones with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Guide new patients through scheduling with clarity and ease
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand patient needs and goals
- Ensure every new patient feels expected, welcomed, and valued
- Coordinate and confirm new patient visits with attention to detail
- Maintain a smooth, organized new patient flow from first call to first visit
Administrative Support
- Support front desk operations as needed
- Ensure accuracy in patient information and scheduling
- Communicate clearly with the clinical team for seamless handoffs
- Uphold a polished, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Who you are
- Warm, confident, and naturally personable
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Dental experience (Assistant, Hygienist or Administrative) is a plus but not required
- A strong communicator (phone, in person, and written)
- Proactive—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Professional, polished, and positive
- Team player

- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-4pm; Tuesday 8am-2pm; Friday 7am-1pm
