We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Patient Coordinator to serve as the welcoming voice and guiding hand for every new patient. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centered environment and takes pride in creating seamless, high-quality experiences.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

New Patient Experience

  • Answer phones with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
  • Guide new patients through scheduling with clarity and ease
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand patient needs and goals
  • Ensure every new patient feels expected, welcomed, and valued
  • Coordinate and confirm new patient visits with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a smooth, organized flow from first call to first visit

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Collaborate with external social media partners
  • Coordinate internal marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Keep the website and digital platforms current and engaging
  • Track and report on new patient growth and trends

Administrative Support

  • Support front desk operations as needed
  • Maintain accuracy in patient records and scheduling
  • Communicate clearly with the clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Uphold a polished, organized, and welcoming front office environment

Who You Are

  • Warm, confident, and naturally personable
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A strong communicator (phone, in-person, and written)
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Professional, polished, and positive
  • A collaborative team player
  • Dental experience is a plus (Assistant, Hygienist, or Administrative), but not required
