Position Overview
As a Dental Sterilization Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment for our young patients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment following proper protocols
• Set up and break down patient treatment rooms
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the office in accordance with OSHA standards
• Stock supplies and ensure rooms are fully prepared for procedures
• Dispose of waste and take out garbage regularly
• Assist with end-of-day cleaning and office closing procedures
• Support the clinical team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior dental or medical experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledgeable in Infection Control
