
Bartlesville Dental Studio is seeking a strong, growth-minded Office Manager to lead the operational success of our modern dental practice.

This is not simply a front desk management role - we are looking for an operational leader who can help drive practice growth, strengthen systems, support team accountability, and create outstanding experiences for both patients and staff.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They must be capable of leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, improving systems, and helping the practice consistently meet production and scheduling goals.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $45K-65K annually, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily front office operations
- Manage scheduling efficiency and help maintain daily production goals
- Lead morning huddles and promote team accountability
- Monitor unscheduled treatment and patient follow-up systems
- Support patient experience and conflict resolution
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Improve operational systems and office workflows
- Track KPIs, production, collections, and scheduling metrics
- Coordinate effectively with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication throughout the office
Qualifications
- 3+ years of dental office management experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Experience with Dentrix practice management software strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable
- Experience improving systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Ability to manage scheduling, production goals, and practice performance metrics
- Strong understanding of patient communication and customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
