Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including scaling, polishing, fluoride treatments, and preventive care
• Conduct periodontal assessments and accurately document findings
• Educate pediatric patients and families on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take digital radiographs
• Support doctors with anesthesia and patient care as needed
• Manage multiple patients efficiently while maintaining excellent patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to support comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RDH License required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Prefer at least 2 years of RDH experience
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced pediatric environment
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
• Experience with or willingness to assist with anesthesia for doctors
