While dental experience is not required, candidates should have a strong background in sales and customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through the new patient and treatment acceptance process
- Discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, and contracts with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
- Manage patient correspondence and follow-up communications
- Handle administrative duties including:
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Preparing mail and documentation
- Understanding basic insurance benefits and payments
- Maintain accurate records and follow office procedures with attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive patient experience

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- Must pass:
- Pre-employment examination
- Drug screening
- Background check
