Green Orthodontics is seeking an energetic, career-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. While dental experience is not required, candidates should have a strong background in sales and customer service, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience. We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within the orthodontic field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide patients through the new patient and treatment acceptance process
  • Discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, and contracts with confidence and professionalism
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
  • Manage patient correspondence and follow-up communications
  • Handle administrative duties including:
    • Answering multiple phone lines
    • Scheduling and coordinating appointments
    • Preparing mail and documentation
    • Understanding basic insurance benefits and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and follow office procedures with attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive patient experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Must pass:
    • Pre-employment examination
    • Drug screening
    • Background check

Training & Growth

This position includes extensive hands-on training and continued professional development. Some at-home study during the training period may be required, along with ongoing self-development opportunities.
