Best Bites Dentistry is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join our thriving, community-centered practice in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.

About the Practice

You'll work directly alongside an experienced owner-doctor who is committed to mentorship, clinical excellence, and supporting your long-term success—including the opportunity to transition to future practice ownership.

 

Our team is looking for a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Dentist (3–5 years of experience preferred) who is passionate about providing exceptional care while building lasting relationships with patients and families.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • $300,000–$400,000+ Annual Earning Potential
  • Up To $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • 45–50 New Patients Per Month
  • 7 Fully Equipped Operatories
  • $180,000–$200,000 Monthly Production
  • $2.2 Million Annual Production with Strong Collections
  • Opportunity to work directly alongside the owner doctor
  • Dedicated OR access two days per week (Monday & Tuesday, one day per provider)
  • Support team consisting of 5 RDAs (4 Expanded Function Dental Assistants) and 1 Hygienist
  • Four-day work week

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality pediatric dental care for patients from infancy through adolescence, including those with special health needs.
  • Utilize hospital privileges and/or OR access as appropriate.
  • Maintain a fun, engaging, and educational environment for children and families.
  • Participate in community outreach and school-based programs.

Ideal Candidate

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency.
  • Board-eligible or board-certified Pediatric Dentist preferred.
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
  • Dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
  • Interested in long-term career growth, mentorship, and future ownership opportunities.
  • Energetic, personable, and community-minded.
