Overview

 

Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a qualified, highly motivated Pediatric/Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team as a positive long-term addition to our practice. We’re a modern, paperless office equipped with digital X-rays and digital charting. We take pride in utilizing state-of-the-art technology and the most current techniques to deliver exceptional patient care.

 

The ideal candidate is warm, personable, and a strong communicator with a passion for learning and development. We value meticulous and efficient work, and we are excited to welcome a team member who brings fresh potential, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to succeed.

 

Compensation: $20-35 per hour, based on experience

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Saturday availability is required, and the manager will assign the specific Saturday shift.

Qualifications

  • Prior orthodontic treatment planning experience is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Open Dental software
  • Must have weekend availability
  • Attention to detail and efficiency are of prime importance
  • Assertiveness and teamwork are of high importance to our office
  • A warm and friendly personality that can greet and care for our patients and their families well
  • Good communication skills, phone skills, greeting families, educating, and caring for patients in the chair
  • Eagerness to learn
