Position Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive care services
• Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment options
• Assist dentists in diagnosing and monitoring oral health conditions
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR and N2O certification
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
