
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing insurance processes and facilitating clear communication between patients, families, and insurance companies - helping ensure every family we serve has a smooth and stress-free experience.

Qualifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with dental practice management software preferred (Open Dental experience a plus)
Background in dental insurance coordination preferred; familiarity with dental insurance billing, CDT codes, and benefit coordination a plus
