Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$350,000+ Annual Earning Potential

• Dedicated OR access two days per week (Monday & Tuesday, one day per provider)
• Support team consisting of 5 RDAs (4 Expanded Function Dental Assistants) and 1 Hygienist
• Four-day work week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform restorative, preventive, emergency, and limited interceptive procedures.
• Collaborate with an experienced pediatric dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Utilize hospital and/or OR access as appropriate.
• Foster a fun, welcoming, and educational environment for children and their families.
• Build lasting relationships with patients while educating parents on lifelong oral health.
• Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• General Dentist with pediatric experience or a strong passion for treating children.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing behavior in a positive, patient-centered environment.
• Interested in mentorship, long-term career growth, and future ownership.
• Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented.
