What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
• Present treatment plans and help parents understand recommended care
• Explain insurance benefits and financial options with confidence and compassion
• Coordinate scheduling to provide a smooth patient experience
• Answer phones, assist with patient communication, and support the front office team
• Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every visit is exceptional
• Build lasting relationships that keep families coming back

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a positive, upbeat personality and loves helping people
• Enjoys working with children and making families feel welcome
• Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Has dental front-office, treatment-coordinating, or insurance experience preferred
• We’re willing to train the right person who has an outstanding attitude, a strong work ethic,
• exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to learn
• Wants to grow with a practice that values teamwork, kindness, and excellence
