Silicon Valley Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team as a positive long-term addition to our practice. We’re a modern, paperless office equipped with digital X-rays and digital charting. We take pride in using state-of-the-art technology and the latest techniques to deliver exceptional patient care.

 

The ideal candidate is warm, personable, highly organized, and a strong communicator with a passion for learning and development. We are looking for someone who proactively follows up with patients, takes ownership of their role, and is committed to supporting the continued success of our orthodontic department. We value meticulous and efficient work, and we are excited to welcome a team member who brings fresh ideas, identifies opportunities to help the practice grow, and approaches each day with a positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to succeed.

 

 

Compensation: $23-35 per hour, based on experience

 

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior orthodontic treatment planning experience is required
  • Cloud 9 software is preferred
  • Attention to detail and efficiency are of prime importance
  • Assertiveness and teamwork are of high importance to our office
  • A warm and friendly personality that can greet and care for our patients and their families well
  • Good communication skills, phone skills, greeting families, educating, and caring for patients in the chair
  • Eagerness to learn
