The Center for Dental Wellness at Camarillo is seeking an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our patient-centered, wellness-focused practice. We are a highly regarded private practice that combines advanced dental technology with exceptional patient care, offering services such as implant dentistry, laser therapies, sleep apnea treatment, TMD therapy, and more.

 

We're looking for a friendly, confident professional with strong dental front-office experience who enjoys building relationships with patients, keeping schedules full, and helping to create an outstanding patient experience. If you're organized, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Compensation

  • $25-$35 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • Fridays, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
  • One department meeting is held weekly on Thursdays at 8:25 am

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
  • Present treatment plans and discuss payment options with confidence
  • Support recall, reactivation, and follow-up efforts to maintain a productive schedule
  • Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate referrals when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of dental front office experience required
  • Strong experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and insurance verification
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients
  • Proven success with recall, reactivation, and schedule management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with dental practice management software preferred
