Pure Dental is looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Dental Assistant / Front Desk Float to join our growing practice in Woodbridge, VA. This is a unique position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable working in both the clinical and front-office areas of a dental practice. You will help wherever the team needs you most—from assisting our doctors and supporting sterilization and room turnover to helping with phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other front-desk responsibilities.

Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  
• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside dental assisting
• Preparing and turning over treatment rooms
• Sterilization and maintaining clinical flow
• Taking dental X-rays
• Supporting doctors and hygienists as needed
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Assisting with patient check-out
• Helping maintain an organized and welcoming front office
• Stepping into different areas of the practice as needed to keep the day running smoothly

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on dental assisting and front desk experience is required
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients
• Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to multitask in a busy dental environment
• A true team player with a positive attitud
• Comfortable learning both clinical and administrative systems
