As the first point of contact for our patients, you will be the welcoming face of Collins Dental, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, helping others, and making patients feel genuinely cared for.

In this role, you'll combine your passion for customer service with strong communication and organizational skills to support both patients and the clinical team. What You'll Do

• Welcome and check in patients efficiently, professionally, and with a positive attitude
• Answer patient questions and provide information regarding appointments, services, and office policies
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Schedule new and existing patient appointments according to practice guidelines
• Build meaningful patient relationships by delivering outstanding service and going above and beyond expectations
• Coordinate laboratory cases and greet the vendor and laboratory representatives
• Maintain accurate patient records and office communications
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
• Help achieve individual and team goals that support exceptional patient care and practice success

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or reception experience required
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• A genuine passion for helping people and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Office Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Compensation: Based on experience
• Monthly production-based bonus opportunity
